If a working webcam is connected to your computer, you can preview its feed on the application's interface. The available effects are categorized in the same window. You can find animations, distortions, filters, scenes, faces, accessories and frames. If you select an effect, the application will apply it on your live feed instantly.

The applied effects are listed beneath the preview area and you can use different options to remove individual items or to clear the entire list. A drawing tool is available as well. You may select different sizes, colors and use an eraser if you make a mistake.

The best part is that VaryCam is compatible with numerous chat applications which provide webcam support. You can use the software with various instant messengers, including popular ones, such as Windows Live Messenger, Yahoo Messenger, Skype, AIM and more.
